When we met with founder Charlotte, the business was ready to step things up a notch.
... Now sold in popular retail stores such as ASOS and Urban Outfitters, it’s hard to believe that Miss Patisserie started as Charlotte’s side hustle. She’d always had an interest in natural ingredients and decided that amongst all the harmful products on the market, there was room for something vegan that still looked amazing.
As the popularity of the products grew and interest drummed up from different stores, Miss Patisserie moved from Charlotte’s home, to a small shop in Cardiff, to now what is an online phenomenon.
With almost 20k followers on Instagram, what started as something that just made Charlotte happy, is now spreading love across an entire community.
In order to encourage people to share their #bathart online, the brand needed to appear aesthetically luscious, but relatable. Aside from this, it needed to stay true to where it all began - as an advocate for natural, quality ingredients and self love.
Colour was extremely important for Miss Patisserie, the products themselves were bursting with it. So we took inspiration from and embraced the textures and patterns of their bath bombs, creating a gradient, ombre backdrop. The products instantly felt magical.
In order to appeal further to their target audience, we paired this with a clean and current typeface, which is also a nod to the stripped back ingredients. Together, it created a brand that lent itself incredibly to packaging, creating products that radiated style and substance, vibrancy and luxury.
